The Aftermath

I do love Christmas and the new year celebrations but I am so glad to be on the other side of all that right now. Are you asking the question, where did that week go? each day seemed to roll into one,  losing track of time, it felt like a space of inbetweeness.

Are you still standing or are you down with a virus or cold maybe or just super tired after a season of fun and festivities? Beware of the aftermath of feeling maybe a bit rundown about now; a normal byproduct of a week of indulgence.

Well time to get back on track!

With the energy of the supermoon adorning the planet, we are bursting into a new year of major possibilities. It can be a magical time, time of both reflection and setting new intentions ahead.

Rescue Plan

Basically, my main health concern right now is all about boosting my immune system.

There are two additional things I am adding to my regime: Magnesium salt baths and supplementing with the Wellness Formual which I discovered in my local health food shop @HealthMatters: Just to name a few of the ingredients are as follows:

Echinacea, vitamin A, D-3, C, zinc, propolis extract, elderberry, cinnamon and golden seal. This is literally packed with goodness, bursting at the seams. It is a powerful combination of herbs, antioxidants and vitamins, a perfect immune system defence booster.

The magnesium salts can be bought in bulk from Amazon, approximately £22 for 25 kilos! This should last months. It relaxes your muscles, helps you sleep better, draws out toxics and some even say it helps with weight loss (please do your own research here).

I normally prefer showers but in the winter it’s quite cosy to have a bath, it feels comforting. I am intending on decorating my bathroom and was going to get rid of the bath and just have a shower but I can’t, I got 25 kilos of magnesium salts to get through first!

Did you know that 80% of the adult population are deficient in it. This can have a dire impact on our health. Again quoting Dr.Axe I have listed some of the possible symptoms for lack of it:
