So the lockdown continues and it is so important we stay active for our sanity.  I have done my best in the last few weeks to keep you all happy and moving.  As we know our health is our true wealth and it really is a great opportunity to get even fitter.  So I really hope I have helped you in some way and can continue to do so.

Please take advantage of the bonus Stretch and Flow on Friday as it will be the last week I offer as a free class.  Plus I will revamp things to give you more options.

Now we are approaching Week Four and I know not all of you can make my schedule so I will introduce a Wednesday 6.30pm general level Pilates.  This will be a Pay As You Go, introductory price £7.

I am also doing an ADVANCE MASTER CLASS,  Sunday 19th April 2020,  10am-11.30am £15, (£10 for V.I.Ps)  This class is ideal for the very experienced.
