4. You will receive a new zoom link privately at least 30 minutes before each class starts each day

5.  When you join Zoom please identify yourself using your name.  Zoom rooms are being hacked so we want to all feel safe

6. Please don’t miss your classes as they are non-refundable

 “I particularly love these online sessions as Cherron takes it slow and mindful with the postures and explains exactly which part of the body and muscle we should be moving and what we should be feeling. I have improved my core strength and posture gradually.Thank you Cherron for making each lesson enjoyable. An added bonus is that one does not have to travel far to attend a session.”

There’s always a place in Cherron’s Pilates online unlike the classes at the studio. You’re like in a class on your own with a teacher all for yourself! It might very well be hard to give up Pilates online up when the world reopens. I hope I don’t have to.”
